On the 26th Citus (CEO Lee Joon-Pyo), the navigation software specialist, announced that it had opened after-sale service (A/S) centers in 15 locations across the country.
Citus supplies 'Rousen' navigation software
Citus A/S Centers provide this service through its alliance with FIVE (CEO Kim Jae-Sik), a navigation A/S provider. The service centers provide not only a software upgrade service, but also A/S hardware for different devices.
Currently, A/S centers can be found in 15 locations, including Seoul, Gyeonggi Province and Busan, and Citus plans to increase the number to 20 by April.
As navigation requires periodic upgrades, Citus explains, the A/S Centers intend to provide a quick service for those middle-aged customers who are not accustomed to Internet and PC use, and for customers in the provinces.
Citus AS Centers are open from 9:00am to 6:00pm on weekdays, and from 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturdays.
You can find the location of the A/S Centers in the Rousen homepage (http://www.rousen.com/).
